What changed

BeforeOn the City of Orlando's map, 14 of the 30 segments have run since dates from Oct. 26 to Nov. 6 with no gap listed; the other 16 have earlier closures on dates from Nov. 4 to Nov. 9 and no further closure listed until Nov. 12 or later.
NowAll 30 have a closure on Nov. 14 and 15. 14 end at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 15, 3 at 8 p.m. Nov. 16, 1 at 8 a.m. Nov. 17, 4 at 8 a.m. Nov. 18 and 8 at 3 p.m. Nov. 19. North Court Avenue is closed from 9 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13 to 4 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 14. All per the City of Orlando, and subject to change.

The City of Orlando's advisory map names 30 street segments around the Camping World Stadium campus, and each has a closure on Nov. 14 and 15, the Vans Warped Tour weekend. Of those, 14 end at 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 15 and 16 run later, the last until 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19. The City also closes North Court Avenue downtown from 9 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13 to 4 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, for the Warped Tour party.

What changed

  • The streets are named. On its notice for the EDC festival, the City says "road closures around the stadium will begin at 8 a.m. daily, with some closures expected to remain in place through the following weekend in support of the Vans Warped Tour event." That notice's "View Traffic Advisory" link leads to the map, and the advisory says "Please see the map below for details on road closures, shuttle routes and available parking options."
  • One list, two events. The map's heading reads "EDC 11.6-8.26 // VANS WARPED TOUR 11.14-15.26". It has one list, and it does not say which event each segment serves.
  • Some closures are already running. On the map, 14 of the 30 have run since dates from October 26 to November 6, with no gap listed before the festival. Two more start at 8 a.m. Nov. 12, one at 5 a.m. Nov. 13 and two at 8 a.m. Nov. 14. The other 11 close daily on Nov. 14 and 15: 8 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., and 3 from 9:30 to 11:30 p.m.
  • North Court Avenue. The City's notice says "the following road will be closed Friday, November 13, 2026 starting at 9 a.m. until Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 4 a.m. North Court Avenue between East Central Boulevard and East Washington Street". It adds: "During road closures, temporary no parking may be in place." The party advisory adds: "Notices will be posted."
  • The party map draws more than the notice names. The map's box says "Court Street closed from Central Boulevard to Washington Street". Its red line also runs along Wall St. from N. Orange Ave. to N. Court Ave., with barricade marks at both ends. This post cannot tell whether Wall St. closes.
  • Not new: the festival's parking rules. The wording on general parking and towing below was already on the festival's page in an Internet Archive capture from February 2026. The 2025 captures show no parking text, so this post cannot say whether the rules differ from 2025.

When

  • Nov. 13, 9 a.m. to Nov. 14, 4 a.m.: North Court Avenue.
  • Nov. 14-15: the festival, with doors "at 12PM on Saturday and 11AM on Sunday."
  • Oct. 26 to Nov. 19: the street segments below, each with its own dates.
  • All of it can move: "All street closures and listed times are subject to change based upon prevailing or unexpected conditions."

The 30 segments

Street names are as the map prints them, which is why both "Norton St." and "Norton Ave." appear. These are the closures that cover the festival. The 16 segments that start on Nov. 12 or later also have earlier closures on the map, on dates from Nov. 4 to Nov. 9.

  • Halbe Ave. between Central Blvd. and Washington St.
  • Jamil Ave. between Central Blvd. and Washington St.
  • Orange Blossom Trl. between Washington St. and Gore St.

Two places where the City's lists overlap:

  • Long St.: the entry from Rio Grande Ave. to Orange Blossom Trl. covers the stretches in two other entries, and its times differ from those of the entry from Rio Grande Ave. to Nashville Ave. This post cannot tell which governs.
  • Church St.: the map lists S. Tampa Ave. to Rio Grande Ave. from Oct. 28 to Nov. 18. The City's road closures list shows "Church Street closed from Tampa Avenue to Rio Grande Avenue" from Dec. 8, 2025 to Aug. 31, 2027, under its Camping World Stadium Reimagining entry. This post cannot tell which governs where they overlap.

Where

  • The festival: the festival's page names the "Camping World Stadium Campus", and its shuttle FAQ names "Tinker Field". Orlando Weekly lists Camping World Stadium at 287 S. Tampa Ave., and the City lists it at 1 Citrus Bowl Place.
  • North Court Avenue: "between East Central Boulevard and East Washington Street".

What it means if you live here

  • Access, in two statements: the map's list ends "CLOSURES ARE OPEN TO RESIDENTIAL & BUSINESS ACCESS/TRAFFIC." and the advisory and the City's EDC notice say the same. The same list is headed "ROAD CLOSURES / PERMIT-ONLY ACCESS". No text this post read says what the permit is or who needs one.
  • North Court Avenue: the notice and the party advisory do not carry the access line.
  • Detours: the advisory says "Please follow posted detours while traveling in the area."
  • Parking near your home: the festival says "Neighborhood and local parking is available at your own risk and is not encouraged."
  • Riding LYNX: LYNX's alert says "Due to the Electric Daisy Carnival, streets around Camping World Stadium will be closed through Nov. 15." Its Link 21 page lists "Electric Daisy Carnival Planned Reroute Sun, November 1 12:00 AM to Sun, November 15 11:59 PM". The map lists 16 segments past Nov. 15. All three dated detours in the alert end before the festival: "Link 20 (11/6 at 10a to 11/11 at 12a)", "Link 21 (11/6 at 10p to 11/9 at 12a)" and "Link 107 (11/6-11/8 from 10p to 1:30a)". That alert gives no detour for the festival's weekend, so check with LYNX before riding those links.

If you are going

  • General parking: "General Parking for the event is Extremely Limited. There will be no advance General Parking sales. Limited General Parking Lots will be available for purchase on event days only."
  • Towing: "Any vehicles left in the lots past 12am will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense."
  • Downtown garages: "Paid parking is available in several Downtown Orlando parking garages on a first come, first serve basis."
  • Rideshare and taxi: the City's map lists four places: Dollins Ave. between Washington St. and Central Blvd., Orange Blossom Trl. and Gore St., Tampa Ave. and Gore St., and Hughey Ave. between Central Blvd. and Washington St. The festival's map shows three, without Hughey Ave.
  • The free bus, by the festival's word: "Lynx is offering complimentary shuttle service on show days through the Lymmo Grapefruit Line Route Extension. Shuttles will drop off on Orange Blossom Trail between Central Blvd. and Church Street, just steps from the Warped grounds." That wording is not in an Internet Archive capture of the page from July 2026. The festival's map marks a "DOWNTOWN LYNX STOP" and names no route.
  • The free bus, by the City's map: beside a LYNX logo, it lists "ROUTE 21 DOWNTOWN/STADIUM COMPLIMENTARY BUS SERVICE", on Nov. 14 and 15 from 9 a.m. to one hour after the event.
  • What LYNX lists: the LYNX alerts page and the 15 alert pages it linked, read on November 8, 2026, have no Warped Tour entry and no Grapefruit Line extension. Its Link 21 and Link 62 pages have neither "warped" nor "downtown/stadium". That does not show the service won't run, because LYNX may post it later.
  • One service or two: LYNX's route list has "21 RALEIGH STREET/KIRKMAN ROAD/UNIVERSAL ORLANDO" and "62 LYMMO GRAPEFRUIT LINE". This post cannot tell whether the festival's extension and the map's Route 21 are one service, or whether that Route 21 is LYNX's regular Link 21.
  • The paid shuttle: the festival calls its own shuttles "the only official shuttle option available with direct access to the festival gates", with Tier 1 passes at $98 for two days and $55 for one. Its map marks the "OFFICIAL SHUTTLE DROP OFF / PICK UP AREA" at the south end of Rio Grande Ave.
  • Tickets: Orlando Weekly lists a range of $109-419.

What this rests on

  • The list: the City's map, read by eye on November 8, 2026, on the City's image and on the larger copy from the stadium's site. The stadium's copy is the same map, so it is not a second source. The map and advisories carry no posting date.
  • Check closer to the date: the "View Traffic Advisory" link on the City's EDC notice.
  • The event: three web searches on November 8, 2026 found no report that the festival was cancelled or moved, and that is a few searches, not a full census.
  • Not done: this post did not contact the City, LYNX or the festival, and did not visit the streets.
